The documents provided by the FBI provide information that Wilkey entered into a fraudulent marketing contract when she was the president of Adwil agency incorporated which was a Blue Shield Vendor. In 2013 Teresa and Giuseppe Giudice working in “The Real Housewives Of New Jersey” accumulated a list of over 4 million in debt in the form of loans from several institutions beginning from 2001 to 2008. They also had a long list of accusations of fraud including mail fraud, wire fraud, tax evasion besides making false claims about the income they earned.
They are no longer facing bankruptcy but their court date has been set for October which is fast approaching. Prosecutors have mentioned that the couple created false payslips and W-2 forms from unknown employers for Ms. Giudice who was at that time unemployed in order to facilitate the loans.

Dominique Scott Of The Sisterhood faced allegations of forgery and was indicted for submitting false statements and preparing false balance sheets in late 2013 as reported by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Scott is in line for facing up to 25 years in prison and being legalized by $400,000 if he is found guilty by the courts.
