Paula Deen – 40+ Pounds
Paula Ann Hiers Deen, the beautiful television personality, cooking show host, and cookbooks author needs no introduction. Being around so much delicious food automatically means we are bound to gain weight. And Paula Deen was no exception to it too. However, when Paula Deen was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in the year 2012, she started working out on her weight loss program. Deen follows a combination of both, a balanced diet plan and a regular workout session.
