WORKOUT TOGETHER
Begin the day with a little workout session and a meditation time to help you and your kids start the day with some positive energy. Kids love to show their acrobatic stunts all day, so why not use it in a good way and make them burn off some energy in the morning. So, put on your workout clothes and line up together in the main hall. Put on some energizing music and slowly start up with a warm up session. Make it a fun exercising time for the entire family. End the routine with a little meditation to balance your body’s energy.
MAKE SPACE FOR YOUR KIDS IN YOUR HOME OFFICE
If you want your kids to work, you need to show them that you work too. So, set a small table for them in the corner of your home office. Give them books to read or colors to paint and draw, while you work for your office from home. Check their work after half an hour to guide them rightly through their work. But make sure that you give them different tasks for this study session to keep them interested in their activities.
CREATE A SCHEDULE – VARIETY IS THE KEY
Children have a very wavering mind. They cannot focus on a subject for more than 30 minutes. So, if you want you kids stay busy in a good way, make sure that you create a schedule that is not only interesting but also not repetitive.

Children love to play. And they love to play different games every day. So, instead of giving all the toys together, give them just a few toys together. Again give them new toys the next day and so on. If your kids love pretend-play, well just let them play for hours with their kitchen sets, play dough or lego sets.

Open up new recipes and let your little chefs help you cook a good and nutritious meal for the entire family. You can ask them to help you in washing the veggies, plate the tables cut some salad or make some juice to accompany your meals. This will help them learn things and also feel responsible towards their family.
