Remember the days when we were kids and would grab every possible chance to play our favourite games with our friends? Running around in the park playing tag, hide n seek and jumping a rope with our school friends and cousins, was a part of our childhood. Undoubtedly, those were the most carefree and happy days of our lives. Not that we have any complaints now. But, being a kid and playing those funny games was surely much better than sitting at home and watching cartoons or playing games on your iPad alone. Play dates are fun, especially when you have an entire list of funny games that you can play both outdoors as well as indoors with your mates. Oh how much fun it was playing this game, especially when you have a sweet tooth and love eating your favourite cinnamon flavoured doughnuts. This game was one of the most regular games played especially in birthday parties held in your backyard.

PING PONG SOUP

With your hands behind your back and a spoon in your mouth, playing ping pong soup with your siblings is a sure way to enjoy your time over the weekends. The game is more fun, when you have more people playing it with you at home, including your parents.

STICKY POPCORN

Sticky, sweet caramel popcorn are absolutely yummy!! But, here we are talking about the fun game of running and playing sticky popcorn with your friends and cousins. The game was one of my favorites as a kid, especially the part where you tag a friend and then stick with them, and run together to tag more friends, increasing your popcorn ball.

WHEN I LOOK THROUGH THE GREEN GLASS

A fun, but confusing memory game from our childhood days! Taking turns to play, the game begins with the leader saying “When I Look Through the Green Glass I See..” and then choose words to describe what they see but with double letters. For instance, “When I Look through the Green Glass I See…bells and stars” and the remaining players guess the object described by the leader.

MONKEY IN THE MIDDLE

This is one game almost everyone must have played as a kid. Funny but really annoying, especially for the little players who could just not get to catch the ball that was being thrown over them! And the game could go on for hours, making the players in the middle not only tired but also angry. Monkey in the Middle was one of the favourite primary school game played by all kids.

FREEZE DANCE

Every time you have a birthday party to plan, Free Dance has been one of the most sought after game played by not only the kids, but also the adults. With everyone making funny dance moves, it’s really amusing to see the different poses everyone freeze in once the music stops. Sounds like fun right?
